We try to provide better service than our competitors at optimum cost by determining the expectations and needs of our investors, providing a peaceful and safe working environment for our investors, employees and business partners.

Environmental Policy

Respect for the Environment - Energy Saving We are aware that our energy resources are limited, and we monitor our consumption data to support less energy and water consumption.

Human Resources and OHS Policy

The basis of Hotel Kum Human Resources processes is the value we give to people, and therefore to our employees.

Cultural Heritage Policy

We regard our cultural heritage as the "common heritage of humanity", in addition to its artistic and scientific value, with the understanding of "a future for our past", and we make the necessary efforts to protect it.

As Hotel Kum, one of our primary goals is to develop the “ISO 14001 Environmental Management System”, which is an integral part of the Integrated Management Systems we implement within our organization, through continuous improvement methods.

Towels and Linens "Wash on Demand" Policy

Perhaps the simplest and most effective way our guests can support our Environmental Policies is by changing Towels and Bed Linens. For this purpose, the Towels and Bed Linens "Wash on Demand" Policy has been established.

In this way, with the multiplier effect of the economy, we contribute to the revitalization of the economy within the region by the personnel we employ. • Sustainable Tourism
Meeting the needs of our guests and local people by considering future generations, protecting natural resources and wildlife, saving energy and water, and improving the quality of life form the basis of our sustainability activities.

• Creating Opportunities
We create internship opportunities for tourism students to gain work experience. We support our employees with training and a career management program. We aim to train our own employees as much as possible, promote our own employees to higher positions and grow together.

Wildlife Protection

The cleanliness of sea water is one of our top priorities within the scope of both natural life protection and sustainable tourism.
In this context, we keep a sufficient number of waste and packaging collection bins on the beach, empty them regularly and keep them clean. We provide training to our beach attendants and check the cleanliness of the beaches so that our beaches can be cleaner.

We host or support different international activities every year to raise awareness about the cleanliness of our beaches. We carry out regular area cleaning in our own facilities.

In our facilities, mostly plant species that grow in the region are preferred, and we introduce the plants found in our region to our guests.

Our Guest Relation office staff will be happy to assist you whenever you need our support. If you need to reach us from your room, simply dial 0 on your room phone. We thank you for choosing us for your accommodation and wish you a pleasant holiday.

• We have 2 disabled rooms in our facility, which are arranged in accordance with the standards.
• Walking paths throughout the facility are suitable for wheelchair access.
• Wheelchair access is possible to our beach.
• There is a disabled WC in the general area.
• Special sun loungers are available for our disabled guests.

While Visiting Natural and Cultural Heritage Sites
Matters to be Considered

• Taking visiting hours into consideration
• Choosing appropriate clothing when going to the mosque
• Wearing the overshoes provided for visitors when entering the mosque and leaving them in the garbage containers provided when leaving.

• Be sensitive in areas where photography is not allowed.
• Be careful not to enter areas where restoration work is taking place in archaeological sites.
• In cases where scarves are required in sacred areas, the materials provided for visitors should be left in their places after use.
• Avoid interaction with children in order to protect their physical and mental integrity.

• Being sensitive to the environment
• Not throwing garbage or similar into natural conservation areas.
• We recommend that you do not engage in activities that harm animals and their natural habitats.
• Be careful when using fire and similar substances in forest areas.
• Complying with the rules of conduct while visiting historical and religious places, not touching historical artifacts, not damaging historical structures.
• With the Museum Card, you can visit more than 300 museums and historical sites affiliated with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey and the National Palaces without any limits for a year and go on a pleasant journey through history.
